Whoo-hoo!

London, UK Serenity at Prince Charles Cinema http://www.princecharlescinema.com

Hmmm, they have charity screenings too. If you go to the theater, you could mention that US Browncoats are trying to arrange June 23, 2006 charity screenings of Serenity (Joss's Birthday)
to benefit Equality Now http://www.equalitynow.org. A Browncoat has or almost has lined up a 3000 seat theater in Albany, NY for June 23, 2006.

UK and other countries could join in too.

Go UK Browncoats!!!

It is coming back to the Prince Charles theater for Friday, March 10.

Since it has already come back, maybe it will come back again...depends on how many people show up on Friday. It is a good sign that it came back!

There is a feedback section on their website...you could email or whatever. Or just keep checking their website...or hope another Browncoat is checking their website and posts about it.

Go UK Browncoats!!!

Bump for Friday March 10, 2006
Prince Charles Cinema

And I guess there was a Serenity screening at

Newbury (UK) - Corn Exchange March 8

Another screening coming up at

Stirling (UK) - MacRobert Centre April 29, 30

Hint Hint:
Both the Corn Exchange and Prince Charles Cinema
do charity screenings and Joss has a favorite charity and Joss's birthday is June 23.

Well... just got back.

What a movie! I'd forgotten how awesome it was on the big screen. And the Prince of Wales is a hell of a venue- great sound, comfy seats, the works.

Place was packed, too. Really filled up to the gunnels. I havent visited that cinema much before, so im not sure how often it is that a movie this long after release gets that kind of attendance there, but there weren't exactly many seats free!

Saw a few brown coats in the crowd too... :D I knew you were there!

Hugely encouraging.

I'm very jealous! I was in England about a month and a half ago but didn't catch Serenity. Didn't catch her on the big screen at all actually - but we've got the DVD :D

Aw - I do appreciate that information, but I won't be headed back to Bristol anytime soon - much to my disappointment, believe me! I actually live in the states and was over visiting a friend. But thank you!!
