I'd go for the Quicktime format but, it(Quicktime) overrides the WMP format that I WANT for other videos! I've tried to fix the problem but with no luck!
Any help here would be hot!(in my best Jar Jar accent.)
That last line may get me into trouble but, whatever.

If you want to make sure that Quicktime only plays quicktime (.mov) movies, try this:
Open the QuickTime player. Go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "QuickTime Preferences"

Click the "File Types" tab.
Click the Video + sign to expand it.
Place a check in the QuickTime movie box and uncheck everything else.

This should then allow Windows MediaPlayer to handle other file types.
