I totally fell off the wagon this weekend. Partied too much...ate too much.

I was on Vacation. I don't practice healthy eating when on vacation.

Wow...it sounds like we all had too much fun for our own good :D

Oh well, you have to be able to blow off steam or it just becomes a drag. I did hit the gym earlier today and now I am going to try and convince my handsome patron to take me for a stroll...that will get me back on track for a good day tomorrow.

You folks are gonna hate me. I've lost 70 pounds so far (about 53 left to go)
I work out 6 days a week & have for years.

I rarely miss a workout, but I did last Friday because my knee was bothering me. I'm an advanced exerciser. I'm still overweight, but I'm really strong & healthy.

I lift weights 2 to 4 times a week. (depends on if its total body or a split rotation)
Cardio 6 days a week
Pilates 1 to 2 days a week. Yoga every day, but really long sessions atleast once a week.

Yesterday I did a little bit of yoga & also did cardio intervals. Today I did upper body weights, abs, and 40 minutes of step aerobics.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) will be lower body weights & 45 minutes of cardio.

I have a small gym in my basement - hubby's weight rack & bench that I use more than he does, my treadmill (nobody touches my treadmill) , elliptical machine, bike, and a stepper. I have my own sets of weights upstairs, barbell, benches, step, medicine balls, bands, and just under 200 videos (but I've owned more & sold them)
I loves me some fitness videos. They're alot of fun. (the good ones, not the sucky ones like Richard Simmons. LOL - well, he's good for some people & a nice guy, but not for serious exercisers)

So, do you guys mind if I post in your fitness threads, or have I sufficiently provided enough info to make you hate me ? LOL

Seriously, though, I really love to workout. I've studied alot about it & once I reach my goal plan to become a certified personal trainer. So, I think this could be really fun, participating with you guys.

No hate...just inspiration :D

I work out 6 days per week (got to take 1 day off, but I usually end up walking on my off day anyhow). I have lost 40 lbs but need to lose 40 more.

Today (and Thursdays) are my water aerobics classes. Got my swim suit in the dryer right now. No basement at my house so no room for gym equipment, but the gym I belong to is 2 minutes from the house.

Still have to work on the eating healthy. Evil hubby bought pizza yesterday AND flaming hot cheetos. Dick.

Gee, sounds kinda like me! I've lost 30 and have only 14 to go to reach my goal.
I work out 6-7 days a week, weight class 2-3 a week and a yoga/taichi/pilates class pretty much everyday. On top of that, I walk my dogs twice daily. For me, I've cut out some of the cardio I was doing as I found I wasn't losing - was doing too much and my body not getting enough to burn...so I cut back on the cardio exercise and since then i have broken the plateau I was on and have lost another 4 lbs. My body's lookin' leaner than ever - muscle does weigh more than fat!
This last bit will be the toughest but if I hang in there and continue as I have been doing, it will come off.
I think my success is due a change in lifestyle - I don't call it dieting. I've changed my eating habits and my exercsie habits. And I started last April so i'm pretty sure it will stay off. I like the fact that my arms, although they have not shrunk in size, at least my wings are no longer flapping in the wind! And I have AB's...
Goal for this week - dust off my 20min pilates workout and practice at least twice this week.

Did pretty good on the eating yesterday. No junk food. Did my exercise too. Today I am getting ready to go for a 1 hour power walk with my girlfriend. I do have to go to the grocery store today though. Behave behave behave.

I skipped a workout this week (was it Tuesday ?) I've had a horrid cold this week. Gorram husband gave it to me.

I've been so sick all I've been able to do is do 20-30 minute light cardio & super light weights workouts the last few days. I'm taking today (Saturday) off.
