ok...not expecting much here...but was wondering if there might be some Firesign Theatre freaks lurking about...?

nothing to do with the BDS or BDM, but wacky fun all the same. Firesign was probably one of the kooky things that shaped my weird sense of humor.....and the kind of stuff (like Firefly) that i just can't get enough of....

mr ah clem please report to deputy dan.....!

"Don't worry about the flies, we won't weigh them."

I recognized the quote, and have one album (Dear Friends?). Antelope Freeway, Mark Time, the Chinchilla breeding bit. Classic stuff! Thanks for putting a smile on my face.

This reminds me very little of the time my guru sent me to clean up the karma in Artful Dodge City; I went into the saloon and ordered a shot of third red eye; there were a bunch of them theosophists in the corner raisin' The Devil. They had him about three feet off the ground.

I could tell by his black aura and the red clay on his hooves that he was up to no good, so I said "Zhampicu, there ain't room enough in this life cycle for the two of us." We agreed to settle it with a game of five-card tarot, pentacles wild...

(Nah, no connection to Firefly at all...)

This is Happy Harry Cox. You know, I've always seen the future as a science fiction movie, everyone in togas or pajamas on incredibly flat floors, with stalactites made of plastic foam and the threat of an over-abiding master of some kind, whether it's just the big brain or, the big Mickey. Well, was I wrong?

"Hey, man! Don't let him bring you down, now. There's a lot of young people in this country, just like myself, who really know where the Indian's at. And don't worry. Soon we're all gonna be out here on the Reservation, livin' like Indians, 'n' dressin' like Indians and doing all the simple, Beautiful Things that you Indians do. Hey - got any peyote?" -- Random Freak

I loved their "How Can You Be In Two Places at Once When You're Not Anywhere At All" album when I was a kid.

"The pyramid is opening!"
"Which one?"
"The one with the ever-widening hole in it!"
