Based on almost any interview of his and after meeting him, I find it very hard to believe he was a shy kid! :) That's cute.

Just found another good one. Lots of "I'm-a-big-star-but-also-a-comic-book-geek" banter. :)

I never get tired of hearing the BDM's say they would all come back in a heartbeat. :)

"Arrow: I guess people are going to want to know this, there’s talk, Serenity II or Firefly is coming back to TV?

Talk from who? Guys from the internet? The internet at the same time as being a vast source of incredible knowledge and exchange of ideas, is also a festering, breeding ground for gossip and rumors.

Arrow: So there’s no Serenity…?

Nothing’s come across my table, if there’s a rumor, I haven’t heard it nor has anyone called and said it. Nothing’s happened. If there is going to be a sequel, everybody in the cast will be there to do it, we love Firefly, we love Serenity, we love each other, we love doing it…we would all do it.

Together: Thanks a lot, Nathan.

What can I say...the man was a cool dude, he's Canadian and I didn't mind sucking up to him because he was one class act."

Nope, I haven't seen this yet, though the Vancouver newspapers seem to do a lot of interviews with him. I liked this article, it was well-written. I particularly liked the part where they complimented "his ability to sell tongue-in-cheek dialogue with the fluid delivery of a Sunday preacher."

I never knew that Nathan played a reverend on One Life to Live. I'm not sure how that fits with the pink-toned, stud shot that someone found and posted in the Blue Sun Room.
(ETA: Here's the link: http://www.fireflyfans.net/sunroomitem.asp?i=9462
But that's actually from Days of Our Lives...so now I'm confused about how many soaps he's been on...)

Btw, a lot of actors say that they were shy as children. Acting gives you lines to say, and like Nathan said, gives you a way to express yourself. All the same, I don't see him as being shy, ever. He's so outrageous and funny in his interviews - if he was ever shy, he definitely grew out of it.

Yeah, the first one was well-written- And the second one is nice because it has some new topics- not the same recycled questions and answers. I love when he talks about his views on the differences between the people of LA and the people of Canada. Isolation when surrounded by people is far more depressing and damaging than no human contact at all.

Niether did I. I don't really watch soaps though, actually, not at all. He seems to pop up as a some kind of preacher fairly often though. One Life to Live, Dracula 2000, Buffy. Hottest priest ever.

Mal: Yeah, well I'm known for that.

Don't forget Pasedena! He played a priest on Pasedena, but the show was cancelled before his eps aired. They've been playing on the Soap channel recently, though (or so I've heard).

I know he was playing Joey Buchanan on OLtL, but I don't know if that was a preacher or not. (The name the article gave was Joseph Frances - don't know if that's right or not either.)

Thanks for posting the article!
