On my neverending quest for new things Serenity, I stumpled upon this:

It's a collection of just about every bit of Serenity you could legally get off the net (although selling it would technically be illegal), you know, convention and premiere videos, screencaps, interviews, the River Tam Sessions, fanmade video clips, trailers etc... about 3.8 GB or something.

It's a bit pricey, but you can suggest a price, and it went for 12 British Pounds once. That's about 23 bucks (+shipping). I'm still gonna get it... suggested a price of 15 Quids, I guess she'll take it. I just love the convention stuff, and I only have a Comic Con video I found on the net.
I can't really condone what this fellow browncoat is doing, but I'm still willing to pay for what she's selling, and then I'll tell y'all if it's worth it.

Oh, btw, I also noticed there's video material of Joss, Nathan and Summer at the pre-screening in Hamburg in last October. THERE WAS A RUTTIN PRE-SCREENING IN HAMBURG! THE VERY RUTTIN CITY I LIVE IN! JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO WITH JOSS, NATHAN AND SUMMER! WHAAAAAAGH! Why, oh why have I discovered you so late, beloved pile of go-se? *cries*

Maybe I should check out the Hamburg scene a bit more - somebody must have gone to that pre-screening, right? That pre-screening with Joss, Nathan and Summer... in the very city I live in. In Germany.

I don't ruttin believe it.

Edit: Oh crap, sorry about the page-too-broad-screw-up because of the link.

Neat!
I'd be wary about the "included software", but
it sounds good otherwise.
Also, keep in mind the documentary is coming out
soon!:

This isn't right. You shouldn't have to pay for materials freely available.

Right. Tonight I'm going to put together a list of every bit of freely available Firefly/Serenity video material and put it up on a new thread. Any suggestions for additional material will be gratefully received, especially if you can send me a copy

Then I will use my mad DVD creating skills to put together a disc with all of this good stuff on it and we'll work out ways of sharing it with as many Browncoats that want it as possible.

No power in the verse can stop me.

Well, I was willing to pay for just the effort - I've been looking around a lot, too, but most of the stuff simply isn't available anymore, so I was very happy to find an offer such as this.
But if you'd be able to post a link thread with this awesome index, I'd be extremely impressed and grateful.
I tried contacting the seller because someone else got the DVD that was up for auction and I still want one. I'll burn a copy and send it to you if I'm able to arrange a deal with them, and maybe you know a place to host the whooping 3.8 GB.
Maybe we could arrange for a non-profit sale (People just pay for the blank disk and postage) on here or another Browncoat outpost if someone is up for it.

Is it strange to feel bad for bootlegging a bootlegger? (Well, technically, it's not bootlegging.) That person might even be a member here, and obviously put a lot of work into this.

It's probably not as much effort as you think and profiting from someone else's material is pretty disappointing.

I'll get to work tonight and post up my list. If people who made fan music videos wanted to get in, that'd be great too.

Let's get nekkid, then!
You heard the man - you got'em, you share'em!

I've got a fan video of a panel at the Comic Con last year, taken from the far right, about 6th row, quite good, and really funny. And it's got that docu-style handheld-feeling, it's as if you are there!
I got some interviews, too, but since I haven't been around for a long time, I guess the stuff I have is gonna be on somebody's much bigger list, anyways.
Best you post your list first, Simon, and then people can add their stuff that is NOT on the list.
Then, we complete the list and people can send in the stuff that is needed.
I should be able to have the DVD by then, if they're still selling, and then we're set anyways, so it would be great if we could dig up stuff that is NOT on the DVD. There's a link to a .pfd format list on the ebay page linked to in my initial post.

Damn straight! I'll bump to that!

Found this interview where Summer seems a little drunk - I didn't believe she could be any cuter until I saw this...

Do you guys know what a torrent is? Because dvd images and large files are exactly what they are designed for.

And check this thread too

Is this ebay listing still available??

I dont speak german and I dont see any Buy It Now button to click or anything.
Has it been stopped because of the legallity of the content?

I'd be interested at least to find out what this line means:
miller4036 hat diesen Artikel mit einem Preisvorschlag in Höhe von £12,00 erworben

Thanks if you can help.

"miller4036 has purchased this item with a proposed price of 12 pounds"
You could either BUY NOW for about 20 pounds or propose a price. I did propose 15 Pounds, and then I got that message. I have no idea what it means, but it certainly doesn't mean that the auction has been stopped by ebay. I figure I placed my proposal at the exact moment she accepted the other, lower one.
I wrote a message to the seller right afterward, and 2 more since, but they're not responding. And I can't reach the buyer because I have no business with them, and no business, no talkie-talkie. The buyer's not selling anything, either, so no chance to GET in business. Grrrrrr.
