Does anyone have a few minutes to read a really great story? I have a friend that I beta for who is writing a Buffy/ Firefly crossover story over at Fanfiction.net

She's getting really bummed over a lack of reviews and there's only so much I can say to persuade her that her story is brilliant (and it is just excellent!)

I wondered if anyone could perhaps cheer her up by going over to

and dropping her a comment or two. Please don't mention that I sent you though, I really don't want to offend her!

If any of you write at all then you will know how easy it is to get discouraged so please help out a really great writer!

I'll try to take a peek later. I usually don't read cross-overs, unless it's something really spectacular, but I know how frustrating it is to post a new story and get no feed-back.
Sometimes, even bad feedback is better than no feedback.

And speaking of which, does anyone know if Teris Xenite post around here under a different name maybe? I had to give kind of a bad review of the latest chapter at aff, and now she hasn't posted in weeks. I'm worried I killed the story.

Glad to hear you're doing better.

Still having good thoughts for your complete recovery.

Yeah, it does seem to be a small internet, doesn't it? Your fic is one of the few I keep going over there for.

Usually the reason I read anything there is for the Dr Who stuff, but as I won't get to see series 2 until fall, I don't want to get spoiled.
