Torres, Firefly DVD get Satellite nominations

Just a wee heads up to say that the 2004 8th Annual Satellite Awards nominees have been announced (from what I understand this is seen as more a credible alternative to the Golden Globes).

Gina Torres got nominated for her portrayal of Jasmine in Angel in the "Actress in a supporting role in a series, Drama" category and the Firefly DVD got nominated in the "DVD Extras" category.
