I'm not sure which episode he wears it in (I'm a VERY new fan), but I am looking for a hat similar to the one worn by Wash in the photo shown here.

Kind of looks like those canvas chinese military style caps. They have them at JC Penney, but they have all kinds of logos all over them.

Thank you all for the info! A few of those are out of my price range, but I'll definitely keep an eye out at JCP and other stores.

I guess I haven't watched enough to know what hats mean...

Yea, you got a point there lol. I gues it has to run into the lines of he's just wearing a hat, just like Jayne's wearing a hat so neither one can't be a bad guy
