Can anyone put a list of all the cons going on this year that will have Firefly connections? I've been trying to find them with no luck.

I'd be thinking Shiny thoughts for the help.

One day.
One plan.
One army of Browncoats.

On June 23rd, we aim to misbehave.

Cathera, later this afternoon, I'll get with 11th Hour and see if I can post what we've gathered up for Summer of Serenity. I think we have a pretty comprehensive list, and I'll see if I can get it up.

I'll mark this thread and get back to you.

ETA: It's likely after we get the Browncoats Events Forum fixed up, that's where all this sort of stuff will be from now on. We're working on making it the most comprehensive place to find all this stuff.

I'll likely post the list over there, but come back here and direct everyone over there.

Thank you! That's why we're trying to get organized over there, so that folks can just click.
Also if anyone has any suggestions about what you'd like to see over there...you can post and ask, or email me at followmal@gmail.com

You may find Joss or some of the actors at Comic Con in San Diego, CA this year as well.

I wonder if any convention will ever get to oz? And at a reasonable price. I was talking in the chatroom last night and found out the huge difference in prices between here and US. They had a buffy convention in Melbounre last year or year before, and it was over $300 for an entry ticket....

I just did a bit of a search...there is another Buffy and angel convention in Melbourne in October, and th eprices seem more on par with US...maybe I only saw prices for VIP tickets last time, because they are still $350

Yeah, the Buffy-centric cons are just a bit too rich for my blood over here (U.S.). The early starting prices are higher than the at-the-door price for WorldCon (World Science Fiction Convention).

I'd love to see our BDH live, but I just can't afford it.

Flanvention 2 is the only convention near me I could find. Well near is kind of relative it's a 12 car ride so I'm taking a plane which combined with the price of hotel should kill my christmas shopping budget but oh well who cares. BDH's galore!

An I carried such a torch
