Are FOX executives Reavers?

Fact 1) There're clearly not human, or so far from being like common folk as makes no odds (lacking eyes and ears and any sense of humour).

Fact 2) their kind does indeed make up 0.1% of the population (or if not they should).

Fact 3): "G-Paxilon Hydroclorate" is a wildly popular cocktail in the bars they frequent.

Fact 4) They can't get anything in the right order, be it raping/killing/wearing or gorram TV shows with Big Shiney episode numbers printed on them!

Am I missing any other clues - I'm new to the verse.

Reavers are intelligent beings capable of modifying and maintaining spacecraft (who happen to have interesting dietary and recreational habits.)
