what about professional novel tie-ins for FF?

Hey, here's an idea--if FF the DVD is selling so well, what about the possibility of professional novels in the FF universe? Star Trek of course has made big bucks off of pro-novels, since the cost of production is so small relative to the demand. Of course, it would seem implausible that a show cancelled so soon would have enough of a following to justify putting out a line of novels--but then, who'd have thought the DVD would be 11th on amazon.com after 3 weeks, and on the display table at Borders (where I rejoiced to see it earlier today)?

Thank G-d there's good fanfic out there, and the online stuff is free; but if FF novels were being published and selling decently, that might add to the evidence for a network (FOX or other)to believe that the series is worth reviving. . . .

What do you think?

Well, I think it would be a good idea.

They could start by novelizing SERENITY and the unproduced episode DEAD OR ALIVE. From there they would need to at least speak with Joss to continue the story arc.

I'd definantly read them.

Perhaps we should starting writing letters to publishing companies
