We all dont really know for sure whether Firefly will make its way back on the big screen (or even the small screen), I was wondering if Joss has perhaps another comic miniseries planned. I know it would pale in comparison to another film or series (the actors are part of what makes it so great) I'd still like to see the universe continued in some form. I mean, I gotta know what Book's deal was!!

You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

By all accounts, yes.
I'd prefer novels myself, and of course the screen is the best, but I will take what I can have!

Visit the Blue Sun room. All the people who have Firefly playing on the back of their eyelids live there.

Some of us are a mite whimsical in the brainpan.

Double post -

On the graphic novel front - would River get on with Delirium?

I have spent a good deal of my life in the Blue Sun Room, I must say. Some is good, some is okay, some is go se. The thing abut picking up a novel is that you know it's been edited. The advantage novels have over comics is exposition (sp?) and it's always been hard for me to follow static action. It's just pictures not moving. Sometimes that works and other times it doesn't.
Anyway, yes the Blue Sun Room is still my friend. And I am it's friend. And hopefully soon we will be better friends since I only have two little stories and a bunch of South Park Firefly graphics there currently.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

From what Joss himself has said he is working on another mini series comic. Not much yet on what it will be about.

Can't wait for them.

yep, Browncoat1 has it right:
I had been hoping the next set of comics would be sooner, but Joss said they'll start coming out at the beginning of 2007
(I think they've lined up the artist and they are moving ahead...but slowly)

Novels are fun, but not canon (because Joss doesn't even read them), but the comic books are lovingly produced by Joss and Brett Matthews and are totally canon.

I'm really looking forward to these myself!

Dude, River IS Delirium. All she needs is a dye job and a fish on a leash.
