I was listening to the commentary for Shindig, and the costumer mentioned that the cord around Zoe's neck was a sign of her marriage bond to Wash. Yet, if you look in the flashbacks in Out of Gas, when Mal is showing Zoe the ship, she still has it on (even though she hasnt met Wash yet).

Nothing major, but it was a funny note to make. :)

There's also a glitch with Mal's Jacket in Serenity. If you look at his Jacket at the start of the show (his brown leather one), you'll see where the left arm has been patched, but later on when he's trying to sell the Food stuffs, his Jacket is fine. =-)

Well, it is supposed to be fine until one of Patience's thugs shoots Mal in the left arm. The earlier scene probably had to be re-shot later after they had already added the patch (in most of the pilot, I don't think you see the patch on his coat)

RIVER
Purple elephants are flying.
MAL
Good. Thanks for the update.

Also, in 'Jaynestown', right after we see Simon will a muddy handprint on his black coat, there's a close up of him from behind, with a pristine looking coat.
