You may already know all this, but I don't remember seeing the Mercedes Lackey
homepage before. Although I remember the pic
of Serenity from the non-flash http://www.serenitymovie.com site and grabbed it before it changed.

I love this series. There is not often a TV series where I would not have changed one single thing. Not one. Perfect, brilliant cast, perfect pacing, perfect writing.

I was hoping the movie would match that.

It was better.

Oh yeah. Oh very much yeah. How often do you see a movie where everyone is smart? No one makes the kind of stupid mistakes that are out of character and serve only to shove the plot down a predestined path. Wonderful. wonderful, wonderful. Go. Go now. Go over and over. Buy the DVD set. Buy multiple copies and give them to your friends.

I knew Mercedes Lackey and Larry Dixon both wrote something for Finding Serenity. And of course Steven King has good taste and appreciates good storytelling. I'm rather surprised to find out Orson Scott Card is a fan, though.

Thank you for this, I'm a major Misty Lackey fan (thanks to my mother, which has made it hard for me to read other authors, just as Joss has made it hard for me to watch any tv out there) and to see this. Well I love and repsect her more for it. Thanks for the link.

Oh, and READ the Valdemar series for good character based stories.

Yes Please!!! Valdemar is amazing, bardic voices are great, everything she does is great, but especially Valdemar. And I'd actually seen that on her website, she has great taste. So everyone read her and support a fellow browncoat and if you need to know where to start I'm sure you can ask me or Misstressahara.

This is WAY awesome!!! I m a HUGE Misty Lacky fan!!! Ithink I have all of the Valgarth world books, and a few of her other stuff! Isn't it great when someone you love loves something you love too???
