Avatars can also be added in the "edit profile" section, as can the taglines. You'll see it, it's all there. The tagline is the bold text next to the names, the avatars are the little pictures. There's a limited choice, but what's there you can just select what you want.

You posted an actual webssite URL not the actual URL for the picture only. Unfortunately that particular piccy is actually HUGE! (Wallpaper sized)

To see what I'm talking about go to that page. Put your mouse pointer over the piccy and click the RIGHT mouse button. You should get a small menu. Choose 'View Image' This will give you the actual image location. As you can see, it's actually MUCH larger that what shows up on the actual web site.

So, I'd say try looking for a smaller image as something that large will cause loading problems for folks (like me) who are low tech (ie: still on dial-up)
