Which Joss Whedon show makes you cry the most?

For me, its Buffy, easily. Almost every episode (at least in season 7) makes me cry. the BDM made me cry many times, but the episodes of Firefly rarely do. Yet I love Firefly more, so I wonder why it doesn't make me cry more, but... yeah.

So... Buffy, Angel, Firefly. Which one leaves you sobbing like a baby (a hungry, angry baby)?

I don't know if I cried but what happened to Willow in the final seasons sure had an effect on me. Felt the pain.
Joss has a way of getting you to feel what the characters in his shows feel.

Haven't seen all of Angel yet. But there are certain episodes of Buffy that make me cry every time I see them.

Firefly makes me cry if I'm in a certain kind of mood. But I can usually get through the series and only get a little teary eyed a couple of times.

But I'm sure there would have been many more tears shed if Firefly had continued. Buffy just had a good long life full of many emotional moments.

Definitely Buffy. I think Firefly could have, had it been allowed to go on longer. There just weren't many tearjerking moment in our 14 episodes (though I sobbed my heart out during Serenity). I cried several times during Angel's run too, but Buffy takes the cake.

MSG

The Message makes me cry. Couple of Buffy episodes do make me tear up..like when Spike brings the flowers for Buffy's mom and talks about how she treated him like he was human.

I haven't seen any Angel or Buffy episodes only Firefly. Although there are many times I get a lump in my throat the scene that really hits the mark with me is where Mal tells Simon that Kaylee has died in the pilot eps. That one really gets to me. Even though I know that the ships mechanic is fine I still get choked up.
