Just ordered mine, not sure when it will get here though. I cant wait to display it amongst my husbands Enterprise ships. I think I'm gonna put her right in front. I'm still waiting for my "Done the Impossible" DVD. Does anyone know how long shipping takes for that one?

The ornament is fantastic, and so is the box it came in. It's a Serenity Box! It's cool, they did a great job. Not bad for twenty bucks.

Holy crap...it looks a whole lot better than it showed in the preview picture. Think I'll order one soon.

Edit: woah...the shipping charges even to Canada are nuts.

Do you have comic book stores in your area that sell Dark Horse comics? Maybe it would be cheaper to have the Comic Book store order it and Dark Horse just puts it in the box that they ship the comic books in.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

*Sighs*

Haven't gotten mine yet. Local comic store guys says his distributor hasn't shipped them yet.

Hopefully this week......

NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
not Forbidden Planet

i pre-ordered a Titanium Series Battlestar Galactica back in MAY, when the website said they would be out in JUNE. JUNE, JULY, and now nearly AUGUST have gone by and they know NOTHING about the product i ordered. WHY!?! 'cause they were only being released in the America's (same with the Serenity statue.)

FOUR MONTHS and i'm STILL waiting for something about a 6 inch pieace of sculptured metal...
(i'm getting both through the local comic book store now.)

I wish you luck Dinalt. I really do

I got mine this weekend too. It's so pretty.

And I lent out my copy of Firefly and Serenity, since I've been downloading the episodes off of itunes I think I'll be able to handle the separation.

I'm spreading the word....

Mine just arrived today and I gotta say, I am VERY impressed. This is truly a work of art. Everything about it makes me smile:

-The box, in all it's Serenity pimped-out glory
-The size of the ship was bigger than I expected
-The removable hanger
-The fact the ship sits at an angle, just adds that extra "Serenity" feel to it

I already had a spot picked out for her:

And to show the size:

Also, I ordered this through TFAW, and it came with a bonus mini-window cling that is the artwork of the paperback, Those Left Behind. I plan to pimp that out later, stay tuned to the Blue Sun room for that project.
