A treat for podcast-listening Browncoats everywhere!
The production company Sonic Cinema ( http://www.soniccinema.ca) is proud and very excited to bring you the premiere episode of the first Firefly fan audio to hit the 'Verse.

DUG

Wife and I just finished listening to episode 1.

We enjoyed it a lot! The writing is pretty solid, the music is very true to the series and we like the new theme. Acting was pretty good, though it must be a bear to try and act like another actor.

I love audio dramas and have a small studio set-up. If you ever need some background characters let me know!

Is there a way to get a transcript of this?

I'm very sensitive about voices and couldn't bear listening to other actors performing the characters I love, but I'd love to know the story.

I'm not sure about that- please send an email to sonicsociety@gmail.com and ask. I was rather impressed with how close they did manage to come to the original characters though.

Bang hard and loud! If you like it- tell everyone you know! And please send feedback- they truly want to (and I think they are) keep with the cannon of the show. The creators of this fan audio are two of the biggest Browncoats out there!

Oh nothing is as good as the real thing, but right now I think this will satisfy me just shiny until we get that Season Two or sequel to Serenity!

I thought the voice playing Mal sounded too much like Simon's from the show. And simons from the audio series also sounded like simon's.

Overall, it was good. Liked the music too.
