Has anyone found any easter eggs in the series DVD? I've been looking but have come up with nuth'n.

WASH:
"Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land'."

"I think we should call it...your grave!"

"Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!"

"Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh...now die!"

there is one on Disc 4.
There is a hidden Eater Egg on Disc 4. If you go to the second page of special features and highlight “Joss Whedon Sings The Firefly Theme”, press the left button on your remote and a symbol will be highlighted above. Press Enter and you will be taken to the extra. Or alternatively you could go the same page and just hit the number 6 followed by enter.
The extra involved is well worth a look at. It involves Adam Baldwin donning Jayne’s ever-so-popular hat and singing the Jaynestown song.

Tass - where you are is where you are meant to be.

At least it was Adam Baldwin singing and none of his brothers, Especially Daniel Baldwin, I don't think they could have fimed him in a widescreen big enough.

Also, in case you haven't looked over your gag reel (and a thousand shames on you if you haven't), do be wary that while the rest of the DVD was pretty well made for TV, the bloopers weren't. Some young children may experience a few new choice words that they will, of course, feel the need to share with their school friends and possibly a few choice teachers.(Lord knows I did)

You look better in red.

Adam Baldwin isn't related to "The Baldwins".

I love how Adam Baldwin wears his "cunning" hat when he sings.

My bad. If Adam reads these things, I offer a full retraction of statement.

For those viewing the DVD on a computer,

go to the 2nd page of Special Features where
Joss singing Firefly is one of the options, then:

the "type 6, then hit enter" works. You can also
use your cursor to click the white swirly design
to the left of the main photo.
or
you can move your cursor to a neutral area on the page. Right click and choose GO TO, then choose Title 21, then Chapter 1.

fyi

(oops! I didn't see the previous post's date!)
