MOJO

Help,
While trying to spread the word of Firefly since it's cancelation this past summer I lent my Firefly DVD to a co-worker.( this has worked in the past and helped me bring 5 people to the serenity premiere)Needless to say this time it did not wrk , he found a new job and on his last day returned my dvd set, on his last day and the first disc is scratched so bad it does not play.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!
This is not as big a problem as one would think but my wife and I are in the process of buying a house and The last thing I can do is drop money on a dvd I already own.
HElp!!

CAUSAL

You could always get one of those machines that polishes up scratched CDs. Unfortunately, they cost money, too. Sorry Mojo!

ROBINHOOD

It\'s what you often get when y lend people things. They treat them with less respect than they do their own possessions, where as, it should be the other way around. It is with me anyhow.
You\'ve learnt a lesson, don\'t give anything of value to someone you don\'t know really well, but even then there\'s no guarentees you\'ll get it back in working order.

DUG

Video rental stores (blockbuster/ video warehouse/ etc) have big fancy versions of those scratch removeal machines. You could try dropping by one and seeing if they'll run your disc through the cleaner. Doesn't cost them any, so you may have luck. Hope it gets you flying again.
