Thanks for a great Dragon*Con experience...

I know it's been several days since Dragon*Con ended, but I just wanted to stop by and say a big "thank you" to all the Browncoats who attended.

My cousin, my brother, one of our friends, and I were all there for our first Con ever (if you were at the last panel that Summer cancelled, you may remember us- I sent my brother and our friend out to see if they could get either of the stars to come to us). Needless to say, we were astonished at the size of the Con itself.

Anyway, all the Browncoats at Dragon*Con made the three us feel very welcome and like "part of the family". We were astonished that the fan-base was so close. And also, after witnessing that probably more than 2000 people were in line for the Shindig, I just want to know how our show lasted 11 episodes, while reality TV still lives...

Anyway, as I said, thanks so much for making D*C an amazing experience for us. We all hope to get to meet and see you all again next year!

I wasn't at Dragon*Con (stupid school), but all I can say is this: We're Browncoats - it's what we do!

P.S. And, on the reality TV note - have you seen the commercials for "Celebrity Duets" on F*X?

I have to give my thanks as well. I only got to go on Saturday, but the Browncoats helped make that one of the best Saturdays I've ever had. And even though I'm fighting off a convention cold right now, I can't wait to do it all again next year!

Speaking as the cousin RyanGoodman mentioned above, I have to say that I haven't stopped talking about the Browncoats since Dragon*Con. I'd never really gotten a chance to interact with any of you guys before, but it was an incredible experience - I had the time of my life, and I look forward to more Browncoat experiences in the future.

Of all the people I met at Dragon*Con, the Browncoats were definitely the nicest group of people I encountered (and not just because I'm a biased Browncoat myself). I had a blast getting to meet people who love "Firefly" as much as I do.

Too bad the message ain't out here in North Carolina and we have to go all the way to Atlanta to hang out with fellow Browncoats...
