Yep, that's it shameless plug!

Come and see Dracula: The Musical? At the Sapulpa Community Theatre. Sapulpa, Oklahoma (just outside of Tulsa) Sept 29th – Oct 1st and Oct 8th – 10th Show times are Friday & Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM both weekends.
That's right Dracula: The Musical? with a "?" Why? a "?" Because, this is unlike any Dracula you've ever seen.

Set in 19th century England , the story centers around a madhouse run by Dr. Seward, whose new neighbor is a certain Hungarian Count with designs on the neck of the doctor's daughter Mina. When the crazed vampire hunter Van Helsing arrives to warn the household, the family is slow to grasp the danger she is in. How slow? When Van Helsing warns them that after the third bite on Mina's neck, she "would become the same dreaded thing that he himself must forever be", Sophie says "Hungarian"? But when Dracula spirits Mina off to his castle, it's up to Van Helsing, Seward, his ditzy wife Sophie, surly maid Nelly, Mina's saucy friend Bubu and resident madman Boris Renfield to save the day.

And, Yes. It's a musical. This show is more Mel Brooks or Abbot & Costello than Bram Stoker or something scary. With PG rated melodramatic humor the show will just keep the laughs & one liners coming at ya.

So why am "I" telling you this? Because your's truly (that would be me) is playing the part of the singing & dancing Count Dracula himself. In fact, not only am I in the show, but so is my lovely wife Brenda, plays the part of Sophie, the Doctor's wife. So, come on out to the show. Share a laugh & show your support. It's gonna be a blast.

Looks like real fun, Drac!

Were I in Sapulpa, I'd be there.
Correction: Were I in Sapulpa I'd be in
the light booth or the box office or --
well, you get the idea.

Unfortunately I am on a far planet
and we haven't had an independent transport
through in weeks, leaving me stranded.

Break a leg!
