So....I read this artical a while back called "All I Really Need to Know I Learned From Firefly," and I thought it was really good. It was in the 100th issue( http://www.kenzerco.com/product_info.php?cPath=22_23_24&products_id=40) of Knights of the Dinner Table, and...yeah, I thought it was good, so I messaged the people at kenzerco a while back and asked them if they would put it up. They did....hence the links ^^^^

KODT is a roplaying comic magazine...I think this article is something most would enjoy, though :)

If anyone reads it, let me know what you think. This came out....quite a while ago, I read it before I knew Serenity was coming out :)

Cool article. I have no idea what a gaming campaign is, but I can tell you the author nails FF. She really nails why FF is great. Especially in the don't forget the origins part (#1).......

James sounds like a guys name to me, but I could be wrong. Anyways, yeah, I thought it was a cool article. It talks about some stuff(like camtaigns) which mostly gamers would understand, but I figured there was stuff for everyone. A campaign is...the specific details around the adventure in a game....or soemething, I'm not sure how to describe it.

Minus the "16 episodes with 13 brodcast" error I saw at the bottom as I was skimming (unless they're holding out on us?), it looks interesting. But, still... Firefly as a parallel to a good gaming campaign? Our show is so much better than that (and, hehe, I'm a gamer, albeit online).

I think it was just listing things we could take from the show and put into a campaign, it was describing an ideal to reach for....I wouldn't take it as an insult to the show, I think it's an awesome complement. I don't they were making firefly into a parallel to a gaming campaign...i think it's the other way around....
