Serenity praised in tonight's Evening Standard

Quote:MOVIE OF THE NIGHT Serenity 8pm, Sky Movies 1 It doesn't take a big budget to create a memorable sci-fi movie. Buffy creator Joss Whedon proves this beautifully with Serenity, the cinematic offshoot of his axed TV show Firefly, in which a band of loveable space rogues, headed up by Captain Malcolm Reynolds, attempt to out-manoeuvre an officially sanctioned assassin. The script crackles and zings, the action is tight, and the drama pulls you in. If George Lucas had utilised Whedon for his later Star Wars pix, they may have been very special indeed. Nigel Pizey

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Where would be best... Hollywood?
