Hi Everyone!!!

I was just checking to see how everyone is doing with the Browncoat Post!

The Post was started several months ago by Saraha (hi Saraha!), and lots of people joined up from across the country and the world!

I myself sent out letters and postcards to everyone on the list and I have recieved letters from about 15 people and I regularly correspond with 3 people.

I wanted to see if other people were still writting and enjoying the Post as much as I do!
And also, if you got a postcard with sushi on it, that was from me! Hope you all enjoyed those postcards! I had a lot of fun dressing them all up with stickers and such!

Hope to hear from more of you soon! and if you haven't started writting yet, it is never too late!!!

I was doing fairly well until a few months ago...now I am a bit behind. I'm thinking that during the Thanksgiving holiday, I'll be starting all over again and sending to everyone on the list...

I got a bit behind, too. (And I started it!) How embarrassing. I hope to get caught up this weekend. I have received some absolutely lovely postcards (and I've sent out a few, too!)!!!!

I'm in a similar boat as Tristan and NVG.

The real-life thing is a bit much to sit and write stuff. :P'

But I have gotten the cards from Capture, Tristan, Chewie (and all those Serenity cards! SHINY! *happydanceofjoy* here), Exotik, Sahara, etc.

I promise to find some time this week to write and respond to some of the stuff I've gotten.

It's like that quote from somewhere..."Daily life would be so much better if it weren't so daily..."

I'm thinking of "cheating" a bit and emailing everyone every so often. It's a bit easier to sneak it in during work and all. *shrug* (I hope no one minds too much...life bein' all kinds of 'exciting' that I could live without.

Bah. Bunch of Pony Express Lovers! The Ay-Mish are hunnerts of years ahead you'n. 'Cept mebbe Neko got some sense. An' mebbe Tristan 'cause he's from the era that used wax and sealrings and executed messengers what got transplanted here so's Ash could git to the past. And of course, NVG, 'cause he's a straight-shootin' son of a gun, and Capture 'cause I know her IRL. And I can't forgit my Brain Buddy, Sahara. Sigh. Well, since I don't know Chewie and Exotic (I've heard of "Etc", but never met him/her), it must be they of whom I speak. Meh. Carry on.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

It was going rather well for awhile, then the post trickled down, then stopped coming all together. I only received one response to my last round of post.

I know with school starting back, the upcoming holidays, and life free time for sending letters and such can become pretty scarce. I am working two jobs now and hardly have time to even post much anymore. I will make time for the post though.

I will have a round of Christmas cards going out this weekend to those on the post list.
