AURORATREK

Not sure if people here would be interested, but a Star Trek animation movie I'm working on has been described by a number of people on Trek sites as being as much like Firefly as Trek (and as a big fan of Firefly--once I got to see it on DVD, in proper order!--I take that as a major compliment) since it's about merchanters on a little cargo ship rather than the usual Starfleet folks. I'd be interested in knowing what Firefly fans think.

Thanks--Tim

I'm jealous. That is some terrific work you have done. I bet it takes a lot of time to produce. It is nice to see a Star Trek that takes place on something other than the Federation battle cruisers the television shows used.

One of the reasons I liked Firefly was they could not solve their problems with powerful weapons or high-tech solutions. It was more raw, with fists and shotouts. Oh! And those great plans that Mal comes up with. The ones that never go quit right.

Will look forward to seeing more Auroratrek.
