I just heard from tvshowsondvd.com that a collection of the X-Files 'The Lone Gunmen' MAY be released on DVD. I loved those guys!

I'll definitely buy it. Those guys were awesome. It's sad how they all died at the end of The X-files.

I remember Chris Carter once said in an interview: "That's the truly great and wonderful thing about X-Files, nobody [characters] truly ever dies".

Gassed, I believe. In X-files, not the Lone Gunmen.

They fought the good fight, and died for what they believed in. They saved Fox, too. I mean Mulder. Sorry for using a dirty word.

Of course, if X-files continued, it's exactly the kind of death that could have been easily explained away...

You know, as much as I enjoyed "The X-Files" and "Space: Above and Beyond", I find I hated "The Lone Gunmen" just as much. It was like "Seinfeld" for SciFi: no point... All the X-Files episodes with them suffered because they sullied the plot with their pointless comic-relief asses.

Ok, now that I got that bitterness out...

They can have my "Firefly" DVDs when they pry them from my cold, dead fingers....
