A thread for the great and eminent Causal, who contrary to popular belief doesn't look like a bull dog chewing a wasp.

Testimonials:
"Voted only marginally less attractive then 2nd grade catnip by 8 out of 10 cats?" O. BodSkins.

"I wasn't sick!" R. Sumgurl

"He smells nothing like cheese" A.J.P. Taylor.

More insane ramblings by the people who brought you beeeer milkshakes!
No one can see their reflection in running water. It is only in still water that we can see.

Well, thanks, all. As you know, it's been a tough, tough year for me. But thanks to my good friends here at FFF.net, well, I'm right as rain.

I stand by what I said, and I have it on good authority that at least one of the ten cats tested felt he was, in fact, AS attractive as second grade catnip!

Causal, though: Causal. It's OK, though. My therapist says I oughtn't be too sensitive about it.

You heard it here, folks! One out of ten! If I keep up with the exercise, I could double that next year!

You were busy trying to get yourself lit on fire. It happens.

We should have a picture, for reference, I think:

So, Causal's the one in the dress, right?

It's a lovely picture, really. Maybe if you took your wife with you everywhere, there would be more cats that think you're purdy.

Are we talking about appearance here? I mean, so long as we're wearing brown coats and are addicted to the SereniFly cause, wherein lies the problem of Causal's participation? Discuss in RWED....

I've missed a point yet again, haven't I? *Resolves to never again post a pic of himself on this board, and, furthermore, to delete any and all cozenpics currently inhabiting FFFn.*

I still maintain that we've been lied into the 'verse--maybe that will provide some grist for those contentious know-it-alls over in RWED.

Oh, wait, I'm one of them. St.

Somehow I expected someone less ... smiley.

Hey there Causal! Followed you from RWED. Are you really now a preacher? More important, will they let you call yourself a Shepard?

I'm not quite sure how to take that. Actually, I'm often asked if I'm angry, because my neutral facial expression is a scowl--always has been.

Not yet, no. I'm a "ministry apprentice" (which means lots and lots of studying and only a little preaching). Don't know about the "Shepherd" title. We don't so much stand on ceremony; but if I'm ever forced to give a title, it'll be mighty tempting to take Shepherd over Rev, Pastor, or some such!
