Is Summer finished with 'The Unit'?

I'm vitally curious after seeing the last couple of episodes. IMO, her character took kind of a downturn over the last couple of weeks, and her most recent appearance had a sort of finality to it. Scuttlebutt has it she's appearing in a new show this year, so are we like to see any more of her on 'The Unit'? Aaaaaanybody?

Probably not. Ever since her husband on the show got burned she doesnt want anything to do with him. She may be back for at least a couple of more or until the season is over.

But i will always the good times she was on the show. Like seeing her in a swimsuit.

well as far as i have been told there are plans for a return to the Firefly universe because their contracts to Universal regarding Firefly/Serenity are being re-written apparently... :D

If this is true then, as much as i love it...STUFF The Unit...BRING BACK FIREFLY WOOT!

P.s: i think that shes gonna be backf or a couple of episodes etc but not permenantly

actually i heard that from these forums...except i am now told that it is contracts with Universal and so therefore can only include another movie.

Havent heard anything about FOX and the series but i would imagine that due to the fanbase growing at the moment quite substantially, another series is most likely planned (we all know that FOX cannot resist the chance to make more f**king money).

I follow the forums rather closely, and have heard nothing about contracts being gone over or rewritten. Most things in that industry, as a rule, are very hush-hush. I know that the contracts are up in September of this year, but that's the only solid piece of news I've heard for awhile, straight from Sean's pretty lips.
As for

they gave up the rights to more Firefly after they cancelled it. Joss asked them if he could kindly have his show back so he could shop it elsewhere, and they said yes. He then spat at their feet and said he would never work with them again.
Well, okay, he didn't spit at their feet.
