Yes, it was the Muppety thing from the 80's. I only remember bits of it as I only saw it the once, and that was some 20 years back. (Actually I remember more of Quark which was some 30 years back. Go fig.)

Yeah, the site took a header for a few hours that night.

Check Wikipedia for Quark. It seems to be the most complete explaination
