Use whatever therapy that you need to. Eat Ben and Jerry's because right now the only person that you need to satisfy is yourself. Don't worry about what life is doing to you, and what your ex is doing to you, just focus on doing something completely for yourself.

I read some of your blog, and what I read is depressingly familiar. A close friend went through much the same thing. Details are different, but the general ex behavior is the same. Your blog makes me sad because it really shows how callous and hard-hearted one (sub-) human can be to another.

I don't want to be flippant when I say this, but you have "the sky" - you have, and always will have hopes and your positives. He can't take the sky from you. If watching Firefly is your path, then by all means - pop in a disk and enjoy your favorite. We'll be here when you wake up.

WOW - Jethro Tull - I understand why you are soooo excited. I remember when "Aqualung" 1st came out. It was my favorite album at the time. I just realized how I dated myself.
