Nightly News on Fox regular channel. After Drive airs...same channel. Just read that they did that with X-Files too.

it seems a little strange to me - after all the talk about how FOX was so evil for cancelling Firefly - that everyone now seems so happy to support that network again -

I stopped watching anything on FOX over a year ago, and don't plan on watching anything on FOX tonight - sorry

And a sign of that is how much FOX is promiting DRIVE unlike Firefly.

The more people see of Nathan Fillion's work, the more people want to see of Nathan Fillion's work. Which leads them back to Firefly/Serenity.

I suppose there is some logic to that, but, and even though I like Fillion as much as anyone, I liked Firefly - not just Nathan, or Jewel or Adam... but the SHOW Firefly - and i visit this site because of Firefly not Drive....

Might I suggest a board devoted to THAT program....

Yes. But you see I have a plan.

Joss was supposed to do the movie Wonder Woman and he would become so popular that the powers that be would give him whatever he wanted. And we would have Serenity II and Serenity III. And a Serenity set at Universal Studios that we could pay to tour and have shindigs and weddings in. And Joss could film Firefly like episodes whenever he wanted. Maybe not weekly. But several a year.

This plan fell through. But there is still Goners movie going to happen. Joss has not given up on Firefly. That is why we are getting a Serenity: Better Days comic mini-series and Buffy is getting Buffy comic series Season 8 and Angel is getting comic series Season whatever.

More Firefly is still possible and one of the ways it can also happen is if Our Big Darn Heroes become so popular that they could even fund this stuff themselves.

So Go Nathan. Go Morena. Go Adam. Go Summer. Go Jewel. Go Alan. Go Gina. Go Sean. Go Ron.

So wish Nathan good luck!

Please don't get me wrong, i wish each cast member the best of luck and i am very happy to see them in whatever role they can get, but i guess i'm still mad at Fox - and i just can't bring myself to watch that network again -

i hope your plan works - of course i want more Serenity and would really like to see the Firefly series continue - I look forward to Goners - and in the meantime i am reading anything that Joss has a hand in - like comics - Runaways #25 is written by Joss and he also writes the Amazing X Men - so i am not giving up the fight - just don't expect me to support FOX -
