Just came from a sneak of "Knocked Up"...a really good movie, I think it's going to be big. Alan Tudyk had a small role, but rocked it as usual. Let's hear it for three Firefly-alum movies in theatres at once when "Death at a Funeral" comes out!

I wanna see all three! Where did you get the sneak peak? We had one here monday but I couldn't miss Heroes (no TiVo) so I'll just have to pay 6 bucks when it comes out.

"Storms getting worse."
"We'll pass through it soon enough."

Thanks, Ninah148, for the review.
I've been hoping one or more of us would get a chance to see a sneak preview.
Alan's always good, isn't he?
But it looks as if he has to be dressed for this appearance.
Heh.

Aha! I thought I caught a glimpse of Alan in the TV ad for that movie. Glad to hear it wasn't just a misfire of my "BDH detector".

I'm pointin' right at it!

Yeah...I did a double take because he was in two previews in a row (for "Death at a Funeral" and then popping up again in the preview for "Knocked Up")last time I was at the movies. I thought the second was a little Firefly delusion on my part. :-) He has two main scenes in "Knocked Up." He plays a Hollywood suit, and is absolutely high-larious. The woman who plays the other Hollywood suit in the scene is great too (she throws in little deadpan comments to undercut the female protagonist)-- together they make it one of the brighter spots in a film that's pretty shiny overall.

There's "Waitress", "Knocked Up" and "Death at a Funeral".
But I thought Funeral wasn't going to be released 'til late June. Knocked Up and Waitress will be long gone by then. 'Round here movies don't stay more than 2 weeks.
Then this Fall "3:10 to Yuma" which will mean 3 films this year for Alan Tudyk -- very, very busy man.
