In case this changes anyone's plans for a DVD release event, here is what I heard from Amazon today.

Serenity (Collector's Edition),

Shipping Estimate was August 21, 2007
Updated Delivery Estimate: August 23, 2007 - August 25, 2007

Darn, 2 whole more days!

There never was an official release date prior to the August one.

Last I heard, it was slated for an early summer release, late June or early July. Maybe I oughta stop getting my info from MovieStop.

I ordered one of my copies Direct from Universal. Why? Cause they made the movie.

I plan on picking up some Christmas presents at stores etc.
