Hello - I am here for one millisecond and wondered... is it possible to get vodka through an IV? I am in serious need of massive ammounts of pain-killing, mind-numbing, emotion-denying vodka!

Meh... I should just go to bed with my precious bottle of Baileys...

*returns, after having his own Perfectly Normal Beast sandwich (read: cheeseburger) and a hot fudge Oreo shake (yay Sonic!)*

A little over 2 hours and my shindig weekend starts. :)

Anyone want a Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster? I feel like making one.

*takes the juice from one bottle of that Ol' Janx Spirit and pours in one measure of water from the seas of Santraginus V. then he allows three cubes of Arcturan Mega-gin to melt into the mixture, so the benzene isn't lost. next, he bubbles four litres of Fallian marsh gas through it, and floats a measure of Qualactin Hypermint extract into it over the back of a silver spoon. after that, he drops in the tooth of an Algolian Suntiger, watching it dissolve. finally, he sprinkle Zamphour and adds an olive, then begins drinking it very carefully*

Ow! Anyone get the number on that gold brick? I think it's armed with a lemon.

Phew! What a week! Not a second to myself so I have been too busy to catch up with my favorite online family!

I'm going to go home now and when I get there I plan on spending a couple of hours catching up on everything that's been going on since last I posted.

Then I can spend all half-term replying to old posts!

Yes, that's right folks, I'M ON HOLIDAY!!!!!

Yipeeeeeeee! Time for chatting and partying and maybe finally finishing my fanfic stories that I've had hanging around for ages.

For those of you that won't be around over the weekend for me to catch up with, have a lovely time with whatever you have planned.

That's a good idea. I always feel pretty sparkly when my hair is doing good things.
I just found out the humungous thrift store a few miles away from me is having a 1/2 off sale on Monday. Everything will be half off one day only.
I just love that thrift store!
I got a nice postcard in the mail from Magda. She sounds well. Is the France thing a done deal or is it just a possibility?

EDIT: Morning, Penguin! (HUG) No, nothing for me, thanks, I'm just passing through. I've got laundry to do and have to hit the grocery store at some point. If I laze around the the Bar today, I'll get nothing done.

As Enginerd, I generally speak in terms of nominal, with the notion that associated tolerances are just understood, if not expressly implied.

As such, 28°F would have been just fine. ^^

It just cannot start to freeze. Once it does, there's no hope for it. Poor Dew

No real rock star would open their windows, unless they were writing a song about opening the windows and needed to experience it so they could "get it right". Fraudulent feline, fie!

(you know I'm joking, right?)

We've been doing yard stuff, and since it's traditional we put in a few plants to be our "garden". I'm basically taking the year off from the commitment of time, money, energy, and emotion that gardens require.
Besides, I need to plot for next year! (oooo... sorry about the pun. They slip out of my hands before I can stop them.)

For your Dew, I'd bend over backward. Only figuratively, however, as literally bending over backward would make unnerving cracking sounds. And screaming.
