Mavs, If you can find some Nectarines, Show (yes, the horse) and I would love some. They are our very favortist snack.

Drugs for perfect body? Nope I wouldn't. And RIMG, cocaine is a great way to stay thin. Cocaine is considered fun by some...right? And nicotine, while legal and embraced by the world at large, is an appetite suppressant...which is why many, many people who are paid to be pretty smoke. I wonder if that's a difference between men and women...you're not so much going to get us to take steriods, etc. We would take drugs to stay thin. Steroids are only beneficial for the female athlete...but not just the female who is looking to be "pretty." Or maybe I'm way off base...

In exciting, or very scary news, depending on your viewpoint: I managed to almost blind myself last night. I was getting ready for the gym, decided to be kind to my gym-mates and put extra shot of deoderant in the ole 'pits. Grabbed the aersole can that I had bought while broken (couldn't lift my arm to put solid or roll-on on) and sprayed. Then stupidly...looked down while spraying. Holy crap...deoderant is NOT meant to go into your eyes. By 8 at night I could hardly see. The worst part was that it was my left eye...the one I do about 90% (rough estimate) of my seeing with. I was quite worried for a bit that I had done some permanent damage. Thankfully, I woke up this morning with some gnarly eye gungus...but with almost normal vision. I do, however, have a very, very swollen eye. It's attractive, I tell ya.

Holy Hannah, Rugbug. Glad to hear you are okay.

My Cow-worker put her mascara wand directly into her eye a few weeks ago. Black gunk, broken blood vessels. What a mess. Didn't seem to bother her vision, but her eye looked gawdawful.

I like nectarines, too. I like them better than peaches.

*considers buying a nectarine to go with her lunch*

Be right back. Going to the store.

Glad it provided you with a laugh. I was laughing too, at first. It wasn't funny, though, when I was trying to watch the last eps of Bones, Season 1 and I could hardly make out which actor was David Boreanaz. Incident has moved back into the funny category because I can actually see, so...Laugh on.

Oh, and bonus on the new bangs, they sort of hide the swollen eye...which when I checked about a half hour or so ago is less swollen. Raod to recovery, here I come!

Still kinda giggling ( which I wouldn't if you were really hurt) but if it makes you feel better, I was so busy warning the kids to avoid the big mud puddle that I slipped and landed butt first in it. So my butt is covered in drying mud. My kids are so cute they tried really hard to hide their laughing until I laughed and said it was ok :)

Cocaine is great for weight loss, RugBug, if you don't mind violent mood swings, shady behavior, financial instability due to paying for it, and hardcore addiction that comes above everything else. Don't even get me started on meth.

Cigarettes are certainly a lesser evil, but definitely an appetite suppressant. However, if other smokable leaves were legal, I never would have touched them in the first place.

Sorry to hear about your deodorant mishap, but good that those sexy bangs were able to help you cover it up.

LOL at the mud MsG, glad that you are able to laugh at it yourself.

Mavs, Havarti is my favorite cheese ever. Add some salami and wheat crackers and you have a happy RIMG.

We have a Monday night wine and cheese party at the barn. 'Twas there that I experienced my first slice of heaven...I mean Havarti. Havarti with dill to be exact. OMG, it was wonderful. I wanted to grab the whole hunk and go sit in a corner with it...growling at anyone who dared come close to that precious wedge of cheese.

I think it is just a pattern of thinking that carried in nearly infinite ways in human communication. People show up or send a message, make a call, or you mention something random or out of the ordinary and someone says they were thinking of the same thing. I'm sure there is some scientific explaination for it. It all seems too easily written off as being coincidence.

Here are some of the random words or thoughts that someone else mentioned recently: The name Fatima, apple butter syrup, 110th Street (a Bobby Womak song), bowling pins, carnival corndogs.
