Well flauraphobia is fairly rare outside of dwarven circles.

Anyway, I can assure you that very few trees are stupid enough to get all attacky with a dragon pulling a red wagon. Maybe a few larches may get a bit shirty but I doubt they'll pull anything physical like. But if they do we can just have a little bonfire and weeny roast.

Not at the moment. Or even in the immediately foreseeable future but never say never as they always say. Really if you want to find a dragon you should look in more dragony parts. Like in the caves of inactive volcanoes or in hoard huts by the shores of cheese lakes or pulling red wagons to find spring fed wine lakes.
