I am a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as well as Firefly.

What happened in Joss's life that made Joss so good at showing war and death? Its an odd question but if some one has an answer to it. I'd like to know. His death scenes make me sad(some times cry). Almost all the time.

I really don't know GeneralArrow how Joss relates death so well to us. Maybe it's just a simple carry thru of the fact that he relates everything so well to us with his stories?

Joss IMHO, touches folks with his stories, be they Buffy, Angel or Firefly or another in such a special way...I've never been affected by a writer the way Joss makes me feel.

Didn't exactly answer your question, but I sure can commiserate with you.

I agree with you. Thanks for the reply. Be it all those shows Joss has an uncanny ability to touch peoples hearts even if they've never seen a single piece of his work before then.
