Don't underestimate the power of an unconditional hug!

You can acheive your dreams. You can be happy or at least be happy enough. You have to stand up for yourself.

Having an affair is wrong. It can hurt others.

It is okay for a mother not to be thrilled to be carrying a baby. She may end up loving the baby to pieces after it is born.

Even though some elderly are grumpy, they may still be wonderful and wise people. If you can just get past the grumpy part.

Don't underestimate the power of an unconditional hug--even a 30-second one. Ordinary touching is very important. But a 20-minute unconditional hug--that could save many marriages.

Appreciate what your loved ones are good at or what their passions are. Enjoy it. Tell them you appreciate it. Help them pursue their dreams. Unless, of course, illegal or immoral. At the very least, don't cut it down. Unless, of course, illegal or immoral. Be there for them.

It is good to give someone a gift without expecting anything in return.
