God this really pisses me off. universal says that they will air the old episodes in HD. Big fuckin' whoop. I just don'tget why everyone is so happy. This is such a shitty compromise! it's like "YES, RERUNS!" WHAT THE FUCK?! you can watch the old episodes any time by renting or buying them! what is the point of these(though granted they are higher resolution, but, fuck, it's not that great. people aren't going to appreciate firefly any more if it's in HD than not).

People are holding out hope Deity that Uni will see our activity and appreciation for showing the eps anywhere and in any format. There is hope that Uni is counting us and seeing our comments wishing for more.

Like as not there's a wee bit of that and a whole lot of advertising for not only the HD channel and it's showing of FF and also the lead up to the selling of the Collector's Edition. Which we all ( Uni too! ) want to see do well.

It sucks that there's not more Firefly. It sucks they cancelled the best show IMHO ever on television ( I'm old I've seen lots of shows and only this one made me fall in love with it! )but we have each other and we have what we do have and we have what hope we do hold onto.

I plan to post and thank a bunch over there.
It may not work, but doing nothing won't work for sure. And at least I can say I tried.
