Fishin' and an after outing drink with my Mindy (I never called her that before despite her calling me her Joe forever) tonight. Possible water fun with boats and the like tomorrow, BBQ lunch with Bubba and extended family, fireworks from a distance (not good with the noise and lights up close) with Mindy and Cayden. Sleep. Sleep might be nice.

'cuse the expression, but that is some boner insiring pyrotechnics there Fly. The rez' south of us sells a plethora of boom boom stuff for use at their "safe" areas. A hunk of sparsely vegitated desert and a reservoir the Navy frequently buzzes to help feel their nutz hang low.

ADD: Depends on what yer wearing. I like the sparkly purple 'cause it goes with red or blu, but pinks seem to be allright too.

No offense, just hate squids. There are exceptions but they are few and far between.

Funny you'd mention that MSG. The whole kids together thing really gets me thinkin'. Mindy's, PB and Baby V, my Bubba's little girl... that's a whole lotta kids.

Thinks I might have to invest in an Excursion. Oooh Yeah.

Not a frivolous question at all. Actually, the real answer is "none" as the sand wears away the polish so fast, you toes will look terrible within hours. You'd end up doing your toes every night. Not a good way to use vacation time...

yeah get used to it..the toting of bags filled with wipes, food, toys, books, etc...the answering of a million why questions, the 400 trips to the potty... once they get older I strongly suggest an ipod with Harry Potter books loaded ( Jim Dale's voice is soothing) really cuts down on the car trip whining

Ah the joys of children...the other day misterg questioned why Angelina Jolie had gotten so skinny..I pointed out as the mother of 3 toddlers I doubt she has had a bite of food that wasn't stone cold and eaten one handed while she tied shoes or wiped up milk in quite some time

However they are a bundle of fun and nothing can make you feel better than that little face lighting up while they run to you arms outstretched.

Mav- oooh good thinking:) though we can paint Annie's toes as her feet will not be touching the beach in any way EVER ( thought she was gonna pass out she screamed so hard when we set her in the sand box)

Carson was like that the first year we took him to Nag's Head, NC. He hated to touch the sand. The next year, he couldn't get enough of running up and down the shoreline.

Georgia laws suck, the only fireworks you can buy and (legally) fire off here don't move, or launch anything into the air, or anything fun, and I neglected to buy some as I passed through South Carolina a few weeks ago. *shrug* I hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th. :)

I'm in a great mood. I had a terrific phone interview Tuesday evening, which may produce a RL interview today.
AND I made it to a "Stage 2" interview with the woman who gave me the 1 hour phone interview last week. I have written questions to answer. No worries; I'm well spoken. I just need to write it this AM.

No 4th fun here in Maryland. It rained buckets most of the day. (All fireworks are illegal here- unless you live far out in the country.)

Heh, MSG, I was planning on making an eyebrow joke - you beat me to the punch.

If you look at the picture, the cannisters marked "High Voltage" were well worth their money. Once lit they cycled through 25 different sparky fountain effects. Lasted a long time.

"Delirium" (dedicated to the Cooler members) was also impressive. Fun activities ended some time after midnight.

But I end up standing on a soap box shouting when I need to convey just how many times I've taught people who call themselves engineers how to solder. I would have listened to ya, because I have learned all of those things through experience. I had tried to solder without ever being taught, and when I finally had the training, I realized how wrongly I had been doing it. Ditto for the components not being ideal, as I blew a couple of resistors by running a little too much current through them.
