New tee design, or something custom?

I went home to visit the 'rents in Iowa City this weekend and went to the mall so my GF and I could kill a little bit of time. As we were leaving I saw a guy wearing a S/FF tee shirt that I have never seen before. I would have stopped to talk to him, but we were on our way out the door to meet somebody for lunch and Megan isn't exactly a huge Browncoat so...

But anyways the t-shirt was black and it had a silhouette of River's stance on the movie poster at the top and it said "My River can beat up your Reaver." In what I am assuming is a play on the "My honor student can beat up your honor student", which is a play on the "My kid is an honor roll student at blah blah blah.

I should have just gone back to talk, but I just wanted to post that and ask if this was a tee that somebody else has seen or if this guy was another creative browncoat.
