There are two places to vote; the nominations page where Jericho was voted for in the nomination phase and the top40 page where Jericho and 39 other shows are listed.

In the nomination phase, you can only vote for one show, once an hour. You cannot vote for a second show.

On the top40 page there are 40 check boxes; you may check both Firefly and Jericho. For that matter, you can check ever single top40 show if you wish. I generally mark about 14. You can only do that once every hour. You cannot mark Jericho then vote; then mark Firefly then vote within the same hour; you must mark both at the same time, then vote.

Ah. A few points of clarification:

To vote for multiple shows in the hourly poll, click the box next to every show you wish to vote for, then click the CLICK ONCE TO VOTE button.

Once you have clicked the CLICK ONCE TO VOTE button, you will be unable to cast a vote for an hour.

You may vote for one (1) show in the nomination poll in addition to any votes you may care to cast in the TOP40 poll.

Use only one computer at home, and one at work to vote (per hour. Can use different computer each hour from each location). The vote site will reject all votes that originate from the same subnet mask (basically the same home or office network). So using several computers at the same location is actually just like not voting at all.

Don't be clever and write software to automatically vote for you. The votesite checks for such things, and will get your votes deleted. Use FlyVote by Flyvote. It'll remind you to vote, but won't vote for you.
