Yes, I noticed that. I try to stay open minded about Whedonesque, because it has good info and ofcourse Joss posts there, but I do find it very irksome. I never got to see the comments.

One of my friends posted Firefly news one day as well and got pulled. She's never tried again.
I don't believe that Whedonesque is biased against FF/S, there are articles there now. I think their rules are so very strict that it's hard to live within them.

I don't have the exact words of this "simon", but it was mentioned that he didn't like when whedonesque was used as a way to post a last ditch effort for voting. And that this story appeared once before.

I think that they make up the rules as they go. Like playing a game with three-year-olds. I'd go look at their rules, but "Grrr arrrg our lame server sucks" isn't all that helpful.

I think what we have done is fantastic. I think that it is news to share with Joss Whedon and his fans. I just got another email bashing whedonesque as I was typing this. It appears that the moderators there are good at pissing people off.

Funny - long ago I thought that the site was one sanctioned by Joss. I was happy to become a member. The truth is it is just another random link-gathering site. Yawn. Now they can delete my membership, for all I care. Not bitter, just disappointed. And I have no use for membership at a site that treats so many people so poorly.
