will someone please explain to me what we use the blogs and stuff for? is that just general serenity/firefly type objects or everything from a to yellow?

confused...

XXSutter, the blogs are for anything on your mind, anything happening in your life you care to share with the group ( we are a supportive bunch here), just blow off steam or whatever.

The Blue Sun Room (BSR) is for any fan fic you may want to write and share. Any artwork, pics or image ideas and so on.

The other rooms kinda explain themselves.
Don't worry we aren't like some sites that are looking to bite your head off.We are a laid back bunch and there are no dumb questions. Ask anything that you want.

Once agian welcome to browncoat fandom and remember we hold the line.

welcome xxstutterflyxx; glad you found us. I lurked for months and months trying to get a feel for how things worked around here but it's realtively easy to follow! There's a "tag" site on the left column of the page for instant messaging...the 'general' discussions' is for everybody and so are blogs...Some folks just post about things that have happened to them that week, or day or just about what they're studying at school or working on. This is a big site and there's a lot to it. Give yourself some time to read up on the fiction if you want to, you can join us on the voting thread to keep Firefly at the top of the 'best tv show' ever list...lots of stuff to do and it's kinda 'learn by doing'...so there really aren't any newcomers threads...but you'll figure it out...all will become clear .. or at least clearer...do have fun...and again, welcome.

Basically, everyone said all there is to say, so I'll just welcome you here. And if you want tips on how to create cool avatars and stuff, just ask me, cause I'm good with grapics stuff

Also, if you want to get ahold of someone directly, you click "profile"- thats to the bottom left of a response, and then you type in your message in the "message me" space at the left of the profile, and it will get emailed to the person you want to talk to.

As for browncoats, if'n your self-announcement
isn't fairly obvious, you may get missed.

Ice-planet flavor lists always include Borosian
ginger, Persephonean almond, and so on. The
best root beer flavor comes from Santho, so
we don't get it that often. There are more on
the menu.
