If the government wants to get into the business of regulating every movie, tv show, book, song, and magazine released in the US, then and only then would it be ok to regulate games. But as long as movies, etc, are allowed to self-regulate -- the MPAA is a *privately run* and *voluntary* system that movie producers *voluntarily* submit to and movie theaters and stores selling DVDs *voluntarily* enforce -- games MUST be treated the same way.
