Longer version of theme song?

I was wondering if anyone knows whether there's a longer version of the theme song. I can't get it out of my head and I literally listen to it about 10 times a day (excluding while watching an ep :P)

I wasn't really able to find much information on it either. Anyone have some background info on who sings it, etc.?

Whoa Howdy , Dude , you really owe it to yourself to get 'Done The Impossible'. AND the Soundtrack...

It'll show you why you're gorramn proud to be a Browncoat...And the soundtrack has lots of Shiny tunes , including "Mal's Song" .

"Mal's Song" is kind of a medley that incorporates the Firefly title theme .

There are a couple of versions downloadable off the 'net . One is 'live' , and the other is a studio cut . "Mal's Song" is sung by Michelle Dockrey , and performed by her old band ,
"Escape Key" .
