This is a great move and shows hope for an eventual outcome for the strike. Writers work is no different than any other kind of artist and it's about time people start to realize where their beloved TV really comes from. Not to mention the fact I'm a fan of The Late Show and The Late Late Show so this is the kind of good news that comes with two heads, both equally awesome.

That being said I understand the argument on the part of the other writers. The only way this is going to be bad for the WGA is if the writers not directly benefiting from this deal fail to see how this helps them in the long run.
