Groupies? I've never had groupies and I am not sure the other half would approve.

Yes I am the drummer, and planning on getting another guitarist but going to mean re-writing the whole set and it's the end of three plus years working together and I'm going to miss the guy. Still, he's got a great job down in London and I am pleased for him just feeling a bit bummed at the moment. Typical timing, just after I go to a great gig by an old friend and feeling all inspired.

Drags in from the abrupt weather changes going on around her. Freezing and up to the naughty bits in snow one day, nearly 70 less than 48 hours later (completely unheard of in these parts), then blowing and gusting winds all night trying to drop the temps back into the 20s by tonight. OY!

Looks around, decides the gently sleeping form in the big cushy sleepy spot is probably PR.

Gets out industrial humidifier for the stuffies, the candied ginger root for the tummies, the hot honey with lemon for the owies, the peppermint tea for the comfies, and the hot toddies for the helluvit.
Also the immodium for them as is in need.

HK, be comforted in the thought that most of the people *I* work with probably haven't even HEARD of haiku, let alone would actually know what one is or recognise it.

I didn't say it was a particularly warm and fuzzy sort of comfort.

Gotta go stick my brain into SGAtlantis disc and gently swish it around for a little while. I find it helps clean Work out of the little nooks and crannies in the grey matter.

Try taking them with food, or 20 minutes after a meal. Try on an empty stomach if that doesn't work.

Erythromycin and its family (azithromycin, etc) give me tummy cramps too. It is a fairly common side effect. Check your prescription information to see if that's a side effect of whatever you're on.

Just keep up with the yogurt or you may have to deal with ... consequences... of antibiotics.

The theme this year is "The Silk Road". We're starting in Japan at elevenses and then dinner's courses take us from China to (I believe) Italy with each remove.
The setting will be sumptuous!
There will be a haffla (belly dancing jam session), there will be a caravan raid, there will be a game of strategy involving changing rates of value on gold/spices/silk, there will be The Den Of Iniquity (you must be this old to enter) there will be FUN and GLUTTONY and several other sins.

I am bringing my doggy bag this time. You will not catch me off guard again! (You cannot possibly eat everything served to you unless you are a large man with an afterburner of a metabolism)

You will not be hearing from me around Feb 16. I will be sleeping it off.
